- The subject of this public contract, or of its individual parts, are repeated supplies of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices"), namely diagnostic angiographic catheters, guidingh catheters for coronary interventions, needed to treat patients at the contractor's workplace (hereinafter referred to as "Medical devices" or "Medical material").

The subject of this part of the public contract is the repeated supply of special medical matserial (SZM) in accordance with the Medical Devices Act as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Medical Devices Act"), namely diagnostic angiographic catheters for coronary interventions, required for the treatment of patients at the contracting authority's workplace (hereinafter referred to as "Medical Devices" or "OFdravotnik material").
Guiding catheters for PCI - 5F
The subject of this part of the public contract is the repeated supply of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices"), namely guiding catheters forcoronary interventions, needed for the treatment of patients at the contracting authority's workplace (hereinafter referred to as "Medical supplies" or "Medical supplies").
