- The subject of this public contract is the repeated supply of special medical equipment (SZM) in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Medical Devices"), namely the supply of electrodes for the RFA generator and pump, which are owned by the contracting authority and they are located at the Gastroenterology Clinic. These electrodes are used for radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of the bile ducts and pancreas at the contractor's workplaces (hereinafter referred to as "Medical devices" or "Medical material"). The client requires compatibility of the electrodes with the VIVA Combo RF generator, which is owned by the client at the GAS Clinic.
