Description of the order: before the public provision is the supply, installation and complete commissioning of gastrotechnology to the modernized food operation of the Regional Hospital in Trutnov, specific operation of the kitchen in the 2NP building for catering on the land c.st.4892. The kitchen building is separately by a building connected by a stroke with the building and consumption of foods. The building is a rectangular ground plan with a service ramp for the inclusion. The design of the building is two -storey, where the first floor is used especially for the storage of raw materials and on the second floor is social zas of workers and operation of food, kitchen. Strech is an area with attic and engineering machines. At the same time, the building on the peripheral structures is careful of a bricolite omit and convertible by tiles. New will be solved by the modernization of the food operation of the kitchen, where all construction modifications will be in the interior of the building, the architectural solution will be without change. Layout of the kitchen 2NP will be modified according to the designed gastrotechnology.
