- The subject of the contract is to ensure retraining pursuant to Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment, as amended, for applicants and job seekers.
Retravations will be realized on the basis of framework agreements concluded with only one supplier for each part of the public contract Further specified in the tender documentation in Chapter 2 (basic information on the subject of the contract and general technical conditions) and in Annex 8 (specifications and technical conditions).
