- The subject of the public contract is divided into the two parts listed below - construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the kitchen and the supply and installation of gastro equipment. Part 1 - reconstruction of the kitchen The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the reconstruction of the catering part of the pavilion. Reconstruction with thein particular layout modifications of the brewhouse and the kitchen background. At the same time, the air conditioning will be replaced with a new recuperation unit and all installations, which are mostly original, will be replaced. All surface structures, paving and tiling will also be replaced. Part 2 - gas supplyequipment The subject of the public contract is the supply, assembly and commissioning of new gastro equipment. The existing original cold stores and freezers, with the original cold storage technology, will also be replaced with new cold and freezer boxes, including new cold storage technology. Both parts will be implementedy in mutual cooperation and coordination.
