- Installation of acoustic panels incl. frames in the physical activity classroom in the Děčin VI Elementary School building, Na Strani 879/2, in the scope of the acoustic assessment (PROPOSED MEASURES A1, ACCORDING TO THE ACOUSTIC ASSESSMENT, SECTION 2.1.3., ALREADY IMPLEMENTED) and the list of works. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the conditions of the competition or the order cancel. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right not to evaluate the bid of a participant who, in the past 3 years to the date of submission of the bid, has been sanctioned by the public contracting authority or the contract has been terminated due to non-compliance with the terms of the contractual obligation.
