- The subject of the public contract is the repair of roofs, including the remediation of the roof truss at the Frýdecká Elementary School in Havířov-Bludovice, with the following works to be carried out:-dismantling the existing shelter roofing and laying new sheet metal coverings in imitation stacked coverings. - Complement of the roof layer with a ventilation layer with insect protection. - replacement of openings fillings, new outflows, chimney footbridges, heads of ZTI, tinsmith elements and snow barriers. - In the part of the roof, which is not accessible, after exposing the detailed expert survey on the biotic attack of the wooden structure. - As part of the exchange of roof elements of dormers, touching the structures connected to the living space. - Repair and smaller adjacent flat roofs, which will also be insulated and newly laid waterproofing from the roof foil. - Before thermal insulation of probes into the roof structure, which evaluates the precise composition of the roof cladding of the flat roof and possible moisture in the structure.
