Description:
The subject of the order is the development of project documentation at the level of project documentation for planning permission (hereinafter referred to as "DPZ"), the development of project documentation for construction execution (hereinafter referred to as "PDPS"), engineering activities necessary to ensure the statements and opinions necessary for the issuance of a decision on permission of the plan, cooperation of the supplier with the contracting authority in the awarding of public contracts for construction works and the performance of copyright supervision.
Part of the subject of performance is the updating of the statement on the project of demolition works, in order to obtain the planning permission removal of the structure. The subject of the plan will be the construction of a new school building (building C) and two apartment buildings (buildings B and A). The construction also includes the construction of a sports field for elementary school students and the outdoor space needed for kindergarten children to stay, as well as the construction of an underground parking.
