- The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation at the level of project documentation for planning permission (hereafter referred to as "DPZ"), the development of project documentation for the execution of construction (hereafter referred to as "PDPS"), engineering work necessary to ensure the expression and opinions necessary for the issuance of a decision on planning permission, the cooperation of the contractor with the contracting authority in the awarding of a public contract for construction works and the performance of copyright supervision. The existing kindergarten building at Mlรฝnskรก Street 27 will be demolished. Part of the subject fulfillment is an update of the statement on the project of demolition works, in order to obtain the intention to permit the removal of the building. The subject of the plan will be the construction of a new school building (building C) and two apartment buildings (buildings B and A). Construction is part of the construction a sports field for primary school pupils and the outdoor space needed for kindergarten children to stay and the construction of an underground parking lot.
