Description:
The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the overall reconstruction of the technical pavilion on the grounds of Kubatova Kindergarten 1 Primary and Kindergarten in Česke Budějovice at the address Kubatova 2080/14, 370 04 Česke Budějovice, parc. No. 2873/2 in the c.u. Česke Budějovice 3.
Part of the scope of performance will also be the provision of the relevant decisions for the implementation of the construction and the subsequent author's supervision.
The existing building has two floors with a rectangular floor plan. The roof is flat with a superstructure for conducting the original ventilation system. There is rising humidity in the building. Furthermore, the object shows posewer traffic. The building is currently at the end of its useful life and requires a complete renovation. Fundamental static disturbances were not recorded.
According to the "Study of Building Modifications", the project documentation will mainly deal with the change of internal layouts and the position of the openings in the building shell. The entire building will be insulated, inclof the basement perimeter masonry and roof. All fillings of holes in the perimeter masonry will be new. All installations will be new (water, sewer, electricity, air conditioning, heating). The new installations will be connected to the existing connections within the building or the premises of the kindergarten. The street sewer line is uniformy, the location of a new soaking facility is therefore being considered.
It is necessary to pay attention to the wetting of the basement masonry and propose measures to prevent saturation of the masonry with moisture.
The existing elevator and supply ramp will be removed. Ventilation without the possibility of natural ventilation will be forced. See Z for more details...
