- The subject of the public contract is services and construction work consisting in the design (including the provision of related engineering activities) and the construction of the building of the new Winter Stadium in Uherske Hradiště using the Design methodall according to the standards of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers ("FIDIC") Contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and the design and construction of electrical and mechanical-technological works and civil and engineering structures designed by the contractor ("FIDIC YELLOW BOOK").
Selected supplier inin order to fulfill this public contract, it will ensure:
a) development of the project documentation necessary for the decision on the location of the new building of the Winter Stadium in Uherske Hradiště, if necessary,
b) engineering activities for the purpose of obtaining a final decision on the location of the building, if necessary,
c) elaboration forproject documentation required for the permit for the new construction of the Winter Stadium in Uherske Hradiště, if necessary,
d) engineering activities for the purpose of obtaining a valid permit for the construction of the new Winter Stadium in Uherske Hradiště, if needed,
e) preparation of documentation for the implementation of thevby the new construction of the Winter Stadium in Uherske Hradiště, if necessary,
f) own implementation of construction works and technological supplies, including the supply and installation of interior elements firmly connected to the building and construction-technical preparation for the supply of interior elements not firmly connected to the building,... - Documents :
