- The aim of the selection procedure is to conclude a framework contract for the implementation of winter maintenance in the territory of the statutory city of Zlín in winter 2024/2025. The public contract is divided into 2 parts. The contracting authority shall conclude a framework contract for each part of the public contract with up to 3 (three) participants, but at least with 1 (one) participant. The subject of partial public contracts, which will be awarded on the basis of a framework contract, will be: a) Part 1 Public Procurement: Performing Winter Maintenance of Local roads in defined locations in the territory of the Statutory City of Zlín in winter 2024/2025, b) Part 2 of the Public Procurement: Winter maintenance of local roads throughout the statutory town of Zlín in winter 2024/2025 according to the specification in the call of the client, the collection of crates with gritting material, replenish of spreading material into the crates, cleaning areas at/after the crate removal. The supplier is obliged to carry out winter maintenance using its own means of transport, own tools and equipment - the requirement applies to both parts of the public contract.
