- The subject of the public contract is to create an internet presentation of the contracting authority (web and intranet pages of the Rail Inspection) for the domain of DICR.cz and according to the specified requirements of the contracting authority referred to in Annex 3 of the tender documentation, which are completely binding on the contractor. The subject is part of the Professionalization project of the Railway Inspectorate Registration number CZ.03.4.74/0.0/0.0/15_025/0016437, Priority OPZ axis: 4 Effective public administration. In accordance with Section 6 (4) of the Act, the contracting authority requires the supplier to comply with the principles of social and environmentally responsible award within the meaning and meaning of the public contract. In particular, the supplier is obliged to ensure legal employment, dignified working conditions, the corresponding level of security for persons who will participate in the fulfillment of the subject of the contract and take into account the impact of the public contract. The Supplier is obliged to submit an affidavit (Annex 8) to fulfill these conditions (Annex 8). The Supplier is obliged to ensure the above requirement for its subcontractors.
