Description:
The client requests the supply and installation of a new sleeve filter that captures a large amount of product from the drying air and then returns it back for processing (into the chamber of the drying tower or into the so-called big bag). The existing wet filter lets approx. 1.5% of the product into the waste water and this is not further used. 98.5% of the raw material is therefore processed, 1.5% of the raw material goes into the waste water during the drying process. Collected solids that are to be reused are not waste according to the Waste Act. This is reuse from/to production. The secondary purpose of the project is the recovery of thermal energy from the drying air at the exit fromsleeve filter. The energy obtained in this way will be used to preheat the drying air at the entrance to the drying tower.
