Description: The subject of performance of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Procurement”) is the provision of a waste management service.
Waste transport is provided by the contracting authority by its own funds, so the contracting authority requires that the waste deposition facility be in Prague or within 20 km of Prague's borders or to ensure that the contractor can be submitted by the contracting authority at this distance. The contracting authority also requires that it is possible to submit waste to the supplier's equipment on the left and right bank of the Vltava River.
The subject of the performance of the public contract is defined by the model of the framework purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “contract”), which consists of Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation.
