Description of the contract: The subject of the sectoral public contract is the complete provision of collection and disposal of waste from the incineration of waste from ZEVO Plzeň and its use or disposal in accordance with the Waste Act No. 541/2020 Coll. The Sector's Public Contract will have the character of a "turnkey" Work and will be performed in accordance with the requirements, conditions, specifications and other data and information detailed in Books A and B of the Tender Documentation. The Contracting Authority assumes the following basic scope of the Work forming a Sector Public Contract - collection and disposal of waste from waste incineration from ZEVO Plzeň and its use or disposal in accordance with the Waste Act No. 541/2020 Coll., for which a Certificate of Exclusion of Hazardous Properties of Waste in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 541 / 2020 Coll., On waste and on the amendment of certain other acts, as amended, and Decree No. 94/2016 Coll., On the assessment of hazardous properties of waste, - implementation of related services related to the work such as work coordination, insurance, obtaining decisions of administrative bodies in connection with the implementation of the work, training, quality control and ensure ... - Documents :
