- The subject of the performance of the public contract is to ensure the fulfillment of the contracting authority's legal obligations arising from Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act").
The selected supplier of the public contract will provide comprehensive services in the system collection, collection, transportation, sorting, utilization and disposal of municipal waste in the municipality of Rokytnice, all in accordance with the Act on Waste and related implementing regulations, as well as in accordance with Act No. 360/2022 Coll., on the support of low-emission vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Support low-emission vehicles") in combination with directly Mrapplicable regulation of the European Union - Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EC) No. 715/2007 of June 20, 2007, on the approval of the type of motor vehicles in terms of emissions from light passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles (Euro 5 and Euro 6) and in terms of access for information on vehicle repairs and maintenanceidla (hereinafter referred to as the "regulation on the approval of vehicles in terms of emissions") and Act No. 311/2006 Coll., on fuels (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Fuels"). , disposal and registration of waste, especially, but not exclusively, fromreport preparation for the authorized packaging company EKO-KOM.
