Description: The subject of the public contract under this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement according to § 131 of the scope between the contracting authority and one participant in the procurement procedure, on the basis of a public contract for warranty and post-warranty service vehicles of the Health Rescue Service of the Karlovy Vary Region.
The subject of the public contract entered on the basis of the Framework Agreement is the services of guarantee and post-warranty service and maintenance vehicles incl. Tire service and delivery of required tires for vehicles Medical rescue services of the Karlovy Vary Region, contributory organization, for 3 years from the date of conclusion of the Work Framework Treaty, to the extent specified in Annex 2, this challenge.
The contract will be concluded with one participant that all the Terms and Conditions are defined in this Framework Agreement. Fulfillment will be successfully based on a written challenge (order) to provide partial performance according to the needs of the contracting authority.
