Description: General is the subject of a public contract to conclude a contract with one supplier in order to create a work - enterprise information system (ERP), planning system (APS) and Personnel (HR) (hereinafter referred to as the "System"), ie. Especially delivery complex, installation and implementation of all necessary software equipment at all levels, further system operation (ie service, support and development of Sys, data migration, training, documentation, verification and "sharp" system operation for an indefinite period of time) in the contracting entity resp. Client Supplier under the conditions set out in Annex A - Draft Treaty on Work and the Treaty of License and Related Services, which is part of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Treaty") and in Annex B - Functional and Technical Specifications, which is part of these tender conditions .
