- The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
In accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 4 parts:
1) Part 1: "HW related infrastructure SW" consisting of:
a.Tool for protecting the integrity of communication networks
b.Tooloj for protection against malicious code
c.A tool for recording the activity of an information or communication system, its users and administrators
d.A tool for ensuring the level of information availability
2)Part 2: "A tool for verifying the identity of users"
3)Part 3: "Cyber Detection Toolof security events"
4)Part 4: Penetration test and supervision of the implementation of measures
Parts 1, 2 and 3 are currently being awarded.
As part of this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for part 1, 2 or 3 of the contract, or for more (or all) of these 3 parts. Within each part of the contract, bthe participant is always offered complete fulfillment of the given part of the contract, in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation.
