- The subject of this small-scale public contract (hereinafter also VZMR) is the purchase of assets- the purchase of cookers and gas cartridges further specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The delivery of goods will be a selected supplier realized in two terms in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the contract, the proposal of which is an integral part ofthe tender conditions. By submitting the offer, the supplier confirms that it agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense (as amended on the contracting authority's profile) and that it accepts the tender conditions.
