- The subject of the public contract is the design work (elaboration of project documentation for construction) including the necessary surveys and focus and comprehensive engineering activities to ensure the issue of the construction permit for the "backbone cycle path of the pothoral landscape 2030 - Havířov Energiel". The Havířov cycling infrastructure has a crossing for cyclists through the main street in the section between the church and a large roundabout. In addition, the route continues around the Technical Services premises under the railway line (Polanecká spojka) and further through the locality of Sušanské ponds to the railway crossing through the PKP CI siding in the locality Kašpárkovice and further to the border between SMH and SMK in the Karviná Forest. Length of the section approx. 5.75 km. Part of the project documentation will also include the solution of the requirements of individual participants of the proceedings, administrators of utilities to ensure the protection of these networks (storage in the protectors, modification of hatches, etc.), preparation and provision of documents to the contracting authority for the closure of property relations, including preparation of contractual relations.
