• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the loan of 1 immunological analyzer ELISA with a guarantee for quality and full operability min. for the duration of the contract, including the supply of necessary consumables, the performance of periodic safety and technical inspections and equipment calibration. It will be new, non-refurbished, unused fully functional and complete medical devices including accessories or technologies provided by the manufacturer and together with all the rights necessary for its proper and undisturbed use, including professional assembly, installation, commissioning and including staff briefing. The delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment at the client's headquarters must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic and standards and in accordance with generally binding regulations and manufacturer's recommended methodologies. Part of the performance will be the performance of all validations or PBTK (periodic safety and technical checks) of the delivered medical device stipulated by legal regulations and by the manufacturer (according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on Medical means, as amended and its implementing regulations), including its possible calibration or verification of measuring devices (according to Act No. 505/1990 Coll., on metrology, as amended and its implementing regulations) and the supply of necessary consumables or other services required for the operation of the supplied equipment for a period of 84 months from the date of delivery of the equipment at the expected utilization of the equipment described in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
