- The subject of the public order is the loan of 1 multiplex PCR examination system with a guarantee for quality and full operability min. for the duration of the contract, including the supply of the necessary consumables, the performance of periodic safety and technical inspections and the calibration of the equipment. It will be about new, non-refurbished, unused fully functional and complete medical devices including accessories or technologies provided by the manufacturer and together with all the rights necessary for its proper and undisturbed use, including professional assembly, installation, commissioning and including staff briefing. Delivery, the installation and commissioning of the equipment at the client's headquarters must be carried out in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic and standards and in accordance with the generally binding regulations and recommended methods of the manufacturer. Part of the performance will be the performance of all validations or PBTK (periodic safety and technical inspections) of the delivered medical device determined by legal regulations and the manufacturer (according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll. on medical devices, as amended and its implementing regulations), including its possible calibration or verification of measuring devices (according to Act No. 505/1990 Coll., on metrology, as amended and its implementation of regulations) and the supply of the necessary consumables or other services required for the operation of the supplied equipment for a period of 84 months from the date of delivery of the equipment at the expected utilization of the equipment described in Appendix No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
