- The subject of the public contract is the supply of medical devices and resources for use within the activities of the spa Teplice nad Bečvou. Goods must be certified as a medical device according to Act No. 375/2022 Coll.Vitro, as amended, if necessary in the technical specification (see Annexes of the tender documentation). The subject of performance must not be such medical devices and means that serve only for home use. The subject of performance of the public contract also includes installation of goods, familiarizationcontracting authority employees with equipment service and warranty service of goods.
1. Part: Delivery of biostimulation and high -performance lasers
The subject of the first part of the public contract is:
• 3 pieces of biostimulation therapeutic lasers (3B security class),
• high -performance laser,
• 4 pieces of dry massagevan,
• high -Induction magnetic stimulator.
2. Part: Delivery of a set of medical equipment and devices
The subject of the second part of the public contract is the supply of medical facilities and medical devices. This part of the public contract is a purchase:
• 3 pieces of distance electrotherapy,
• 3 piecesElectrotherapy devices with vacuum unit,

• 2 pieces of lymphatic drainage devices,
