- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of an insurance contract for liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle, accident insurance, additional insurance and seasonal insurance for motorcycles (hereinafter also "Vehicles") used by the Municipal Police. city of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "MP HMP"), for a period of 4 years with effectfrom 01.01.2024 31.12.2027 (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of performance"). year of insurance duration
The client prefers to conclude one insurance contract for all requirementsinsurance and allows the conclusion of two separate insurance contracts, whereby one insurance contract will contain liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle, or additional insurance, and the second insurance contract will include accident insurance, or additional insurance.
The contracting authority requires accident insurance for vehicles (list A) and seasonal accident insurance for motorcycles (list B) to be concluded in one insurance contract.
The aim of the public procurement is to reduce the operational costs of the contracting authority in case of compensation for damage incurred by the contracting authority, or damage that the contracting authority would be under lawyerh regulations are obliged to pay.
