Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for planning permission (DUR), building permit (DSP) and for construction implementation (DPS) incl. engineering activities for the event "Reconstruction of Horymirova Street, Stage I".
The plan represents the first stage of the complete reconstruction of Horymirova Street and includesthe area from the intersection with Dolni Street (near the Husův Sbor church) to the intersection with Rezkova Street.
It assumes a complete reconstruction of local roads, i.e. reconstruction of the road, adjacent sidewalks, parking lots, stands for containers, at the same time new construction of parking lots, sidewalks in suitable places . The goal is the overall adjustmentava of traffic space, bringing roads into a condition according to valid technical standards, ensuring barrier-free use of roads, improving the organization of static traffic by increasing the number of parking spaces or modifying the organization of traffic in existing parking areas, improving conditions for pedestriansproviding pedestrian roads in the used routes.
Due to the expected financial complexity of the construction, the client requests that the implementation documentation be divided into several sub-parts, which can subsequently be implemented separately.
The client points out the possibility of submitting the project to a subsidytitle. At the time of the announcement of the public contract, the contracting authority does not know the specific subsidy title for which it will apply.
