Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for building permits (DSP) and for the implementation of construction (DPS) incl. engineering activities for the event "ZŠ V. Košaře 6, Ostrava-Dubina - reconstruction of the school kitchen incl. acquisition of equipment." It is a two-story uninsulated building that serves toe meals for school pupils and teachers. On the 1st floor, there are supplies and warehouses, and partly there are the facilities of the school. On the 2nd floor there are production and social facilities as well as the boarders' dining room. The project documentation will deal with the modernization of the school kitchen. The goal is to design a modern operation with a minimum of investment and ensure a high eenergy efficiency of operation. In addition, the project documentation will include building modifications to the space, a comprehensive air-conditioning design, measurement and regulation, new floor and wall surface treatments, new media distribution and lighting, painting and overall modernization of the kitchen a conceptual technology project. Showpart will be the design of the optimal composition of the cooking technology as well as layout adjustments.
The project documentation will be in accordance with the conditions of the subsidy title - 9th OPŽP call - Specific objective 1.1, Measure 1.1.2 "Reducing the energy demand/increasing the efficiency of technological processes - https://opzp.cz/dotace/9-invitation.
