- Introduction of a dynamic shopping system for awarding public contracts to repair apartments owned by SMO, entrusted to the Ostrava-South City District, namely
• Repair of free apartments for the purpose of leased to a new tenant or rent to the existing tenant so that the new condition corresponds to the technical condition Standards, hygienic requirements and current housing standards, according to Annex 2 of this tender documentation
• Repair of the occupied apartments for the purpose of meeting the new state to technical standards, hygienic requirements and current housing standards, according to Annex 3 documentation.
The subject of public procurement awarded in DNS will be to carry out the repairs of apartments under the contracting authority set by the General Terms and Conditions and the fulfillment of other related obligations specified in the tender documentation of specific sub -DNS contracts.
