Description:
The subject of the public contract is to conclude a contract for the dismantling of existing radio meters (calorimeters) and heating costs (hereinafter referred to as "ITN") for the supply and installation of new meters with long -distance data deduction, including the provision of monthly information on consumption and accounting services Houses in Ostrava-South. The meters will be installed on radiators of individual apartments and non -residential premises, or in the case of calorimeters on the pipeline of central heating.
The subject of the selection procedure is also the replacement of existing radio water meters for hot and cold water (hereinafter referred to as "TV" and "SV" for the supply and installation of new water meters with remote data, including the provision of monthly consumption information. Water meters will be fitted on water distribution in the installation shafts of residential and non -residential units.
Consumption values will be activated through a portal service (data bus) and Secured access to the customer portal, which will provide monthly information on consumption of individual recipients of services in accordance with valid legislation.
This public contract includes the provision of services defined by the terms of the deductible and entry service in accordance with Act No. 67/2013 Coll., Act regulating some issues related to the provision of fulfillment associated with the use of apartments and non -residential premises in the house with flats, as amended and in accordance with Decree No. 269/2015 Coll.
