Description:
The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the issuance of a zoning and building permit and the implementation of the event "Regeneration of the Zabřeh housing estate - VI. stage - Zabřeh water station". The goal is the creation of new parking areas, new functional communication routes and the reconstruction of existing ones. Further je required cancellation of non-functional greenery and creation of insulating greenery along Vyškovicka Street and the railway line, addition of activities, furniture and improvement of lighting quality. Part of the tender documentation is a study prepared by the company Atelier 38 s.r.o., ID: 25858343, Poražkova 20, 702 00 Ostrava. The contracting authorityshows that, compared to the prepared study, the subject of the assignment is only the area of interest marked in the study as Part I.
