• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation at the level of planning permission (DPZ) and at the level of documentation for the implementation of construction (DPS) for the event "Construction of a complex of residential social services". It is a complex of two interconnected fully barrier-free buildings, each of which will provide one social service, namely: a home for the elderly (capacity 32 users) and a relief service (capacity 20 users). This gated complex should be designed to be as homely as possible, friendly and adapted to the individual needs and abilities of its inhabitants. The environment should support comfort (barrier accessibility, rest areas...), independence (wide corridors, handrails), user orientation (boards, guide lines, use of colors, symbols and easy legible signs to facilitate orientation...), mental well-being (arrangement into smaller units, visual and sensory stimuli, reminiscence elements) and safety (EPS, motion sensors). At the same time, it should provide optimal facilities for staff as well as premises usable for close users. The relief service facility also includes a garage for 1 passenger car and 1 multi-seater car, which enables the transport of immobile people. Each building will have an entrance to the central garden. Garden: wide paved sidewalks also for users with wheelchairs and walkers, rest areas with outdoor seating, shaded areas (pergola, awning, trees), therapeutic elements (sensory garden, raised beds, year-round greenery, bowl...
