- Brief description of the subject: The subject of this public contract is the delineation of ownership boundaries of land, including stabilization after completed land improvements in the sense of § 12 paragraph 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. on land improvements and land authorities and on the amendment of Act no. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. Geodetic work and other results of surveying activities must comply with Act No. 256/2013 Coll. on the real estate cadastre, as amended, and the valid wording of Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree). This concerns the delineation of land boundaries after completed comprehensive land improvements ("KoPÚ") in the cat. territories of Dolní Cerekev, Spělov and Batelov based on the DKM map and stabilization of breaking points of marked land boundaries in the prescribed manner (including supply of material for stabilization), physical handover of boundaries to the owners of the subject plots, preparation of the relevant documentation and its handing over to the contracting authority and the owners of the subject plots of land.
