- The subject of this public contract is the delineation of land ownership boundaries, including stabilization after completed land improvements in the sense of § 12, paragraph 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. on land adjustments and land offices and on the amendment of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. Geodetic work and other results of surveying activities must comply with Act No. 256/2013 Coll. on the real estate cadastre, as amended, and the valid version of Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree). It is discussed on the delineation of land boundaries after completed comprehensive land improvements ("KoPU") in the territory of Radějov u Buřenice on the basis of the DKM map and the stabilization of breaking points of the demarcated land boundaries in the prescribed manner (including the supply of material for stabilization), the physical handing over of the boundaries to the owners of the subject of land, preparation of the relevant documentation and its handover to the contracting authority and the owners of the subject land. Expected scope of fulfillment: 33 MJ (MJ= 100 bm).
