• Description:
• The subject of this public contract is the delineation of land ownership boundaries, including stabilization after completed land improvements in the sense of § 12, paragraph 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll. on land adjustments and land authorities and on the amendment of Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. Geodetic work and other results of surveying activities must comply with Act No. 256/2013 Coll. on the real estate cadastre, as amended, and the current version Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree). This concerns the delineation of land boundaries after completed complex land improvements ("KoPÚ") in the cat. territories of Dolní Cerekev, Spělov and Batelov based on the DKM map and stabilization of fracture points demarcated land boundaries in the prescribed manner (including the supply of material for stabilization), physical handover of the boundaries to the owners of the subject plots, drawing up the relevant documentation and handing it over to the contracting authority and the owners of the subject plots. architectural, technical and surveying services
