• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for the handling (collection and removal) of hazardous waste and other waste, the originator of which is the Vyškov Hospital. Handling of hazardous and other waste The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a handling contract (collection and disposal) of hazardous waste and other waste generated by the Vyškov Hospital. 1. The subject of this order is the obligation of the supplier (hereinafter also referred to as the provider or participant) to provide for the contractor the activities agreed in the contract (provide services) in the field of waste management, i.e. collection, removal, sorting, utilization or removal of waste incl. related services (so-called other services), in accordance with the provisions of § 15 - 19 of Act No. 541/2020 Coll. as amended. 2. The contracting authority undertakes provide the supplier with the agreed cooperation, hand over the waste to the supplier and pay the agreed price for the services rendered. 3. The supplier will ensure the management of individual types of waste for the customer, the overview of which is given in Annex No. 1 of the proposal for commercial conditions. Other services are part of the subject of performance, and therefore part of the unit prices for handling individual types of waste: a) delivery of containers and containers for storing waste owned by the supplier (for those wastes that are normally stored in containers) and replacement of these containers in case of damage; b) loading of waste stored in vessels or containers (for hazardous waste, in the form of exchanging full vessels or containers for empty ones); c) loading of waste will otherwise store...
