- The subject of the contract is the performance of the function of Construction Manager (whose activities include mainly project management, supervision of quality, costs and time, mediation and neutral, professional and fair determination) and the provision of related services. The subject of the work in question is the modernization of control systems and technologies at VD Vltthe Ava waterway in the section from VD Štěchovice to VD Hořin. It is not a standard construction, but a complex interdisciplinary technological work with an emphasis on the electrical part including the control system and the mechanical part with a minor construction part. A contract for the work is to be concluded with the contractor of the work in question on the basis ofVol. FIDIC Yellow Books and a separate service or other similar contract.
