Description: The subject of the public contract is the performance of project work (PD), engineering activities (ID), author's supervision (AD) and cooperation in the meeting of the evaluation committee to select the contractor of the building.
The subject of the realization will be to ensure the project documentation on the demolition of the Mariánská 473 (train) and subsequently project documentation for the construction of a new sports hall.
The sports hall will have the dimensions of the handball playground. The hall also includes facilities for athletes, gym for fierce sports, gym and auditorium for 200 people. Everything in accordance with the study prepared by Proprojekt, s.r.o., Star Křečanská 34, 408 01 Rumburk, IČO: 25487892. The study will be handed over in paper form within 3 days after the SOD signature.
The contracting authority reserves the right to update the budget (maximum 2 x).
