Description: The subject of the public contract is the collection, transportation and disposal of medical waste from the military hospital Olomouc. It is a medical facility of a hospital type based on Oyslilovo. 5, 779 00 Olomouc with two separate operations on the Address of Dryilovo. 5, 779 00 Olomouc and Pasteurova 66/13, 779 000 Olomouc. The contracting authority requires candidates to ensure comprehensive treatment of medical waste arising from the activities themselves. The requested service is focused on systemic activities of a collection firm that ensures all work related to the collection, transport and disposal of hospital waste. All activities must comply with the requirements of the relevant legislative regulations, in particular Act No. 541/2020 Coll., Law on Waste, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Waste Act") and its implementing regulations.
