• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public contract is: 1) Implementation of construction (works), i.e. implementation of the investment project named "VN Brno - Pavilion of operational fields" according to the PROJECT, 2) Processing project documentation related to the work, in particular: •PROJECT processing / transfer in level DPS to the BIM model •Processing production project documentation for those parts of the work that require it •Processing the documentation of the actual execution of the work (DPSP) in the BIM model •Processing of the geodetic survey by the responsible surveyor, including the geometric plan confirmed by the real estate cadastre and the position of responsible surveyor on the construction site; 3) Delivery of medical technology and medical devices (hereinafter referred to as "Device") • SO 02 - D1.02.08b - Medical gases - complexes (End elements of medical gases and Operating lamps) with a warranty period of 60 months • PS 201a - Healthcare technology - installation of operating theaters with a warranty period of 60 months 4) Equipment service, i.e. the negotiation of conditions for the performance of service services for the Equipment supplied as part of the PROJECT and works: a) within the warranty times b) post-warranty service for a period of 5 years after the end of the warranty period with possible extension, until the end of the technical or moral life of the Device. 5) Cooperation of the selected supplier in the implementation of technologies and equipment that are not the subject of the contract public contracts, see paragraph 10.6.3. of these Terms and Conditions.
