- The subject of the valuation is the construction of a HOZ waterworks (construction for water management improvement of land - Engineering construction - Hydromelioration, Β§ 17 and Appendix No. 15 point 17 of the valuation decree) in c.u. Blato, UhliΕske Janovice municipality, Kutna Hora district, which is registered in accordance with Β§ 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended and Β§ 4, paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended, in state property and the competence to manage the SU as follows: - "Blato-ChmeliΕ‘tΔ, Odpad 022 ID 1040000145-11201000, open channel with a total length of 205 m, year of acquisition 1974 (trapezoidal profile strengthened by seeding) The subject of the award will be a part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 54 m located on plot no. 225 in c.u. Mud. The land under the construction of the HOZ waterworks is not subject to valuation. Building of the HOZ waterworks is not in accordance with Β§ 509 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended in relation to Β§ 55 para. 1 letter e), Β§ 56 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended, and Β§ 2 paragraph 5 of Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., on detailed delineation of buildings for water management improvement of land and their parts and the method and extent of their care, part of the land. The purpose of the expert opinion: Sale of property according to the provisions of Β§ 17 paragraph 3 letter c) Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, in wording of later regulations.
