- The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of selling property in accordance with the provisions of § 17 paragraph 3 letter c) Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. The subject of the award is construction of a waterworks - main drainage facility (HOZ) in c.ú. Plánice, village of Plánice, district of Klatovy, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and the competence to manage the SPÚ as follows: - "PLÁNICE-HNAČOV IV, OBJ.3-KA", ID 2170000433-11201000, open channel of total length 596 m, year of acquisition 1985 (trapezoidal profile with reinforcement of the bottom and part of the slopes with slag concrete fittings) The subject of the valuation will be the part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 12.5 m.
