- The subject of performance is the preparation of an expert opinion for the purpose of selling property in accordance with the provisions of § 17 paragraph 3 letter c) Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended. The subject of the award is construction of a waterworks main drainage facility (hereinafter referred to as "HOZ") in c.ú. Velká Ledhuje, Police nad Metují municipality, Náchod district, which is registered in accordance with § 56 paragraph 6 of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on water and on the amendment of certain laws (Water Act), as amended of later regulations and § 4 paragraph 2 of Act No. 503/2012 Coll., on the State Land Office and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended, in the property of the state and the competence to manage the SÚ as follows: - "DRAINAGE OF THE STAR I., Waste C2", ID 1070000152-11201000, piped channel with a total length of 383 m (concrete pipe DN400), year of acquisition 1978 The subject of the award will be a part of the construction of the HOZ waterworks with a length of 56 m piped located on land plot no. 220/7 and 220/17 in c.ú. Great Ledhuje. Lands under the construction of the HOZ waterworks are not subject to valuation. Forensic expert services
