- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the execution of a structural and technical survey of the current state of the cultural monument Area F of the Gynecological and Obstetrical Clinic of the General Faculty Hospital in Prague, Apolinařska 441_18, ZIP Code: 128 00, Prague 2.
The purpose of the structural and technical survey (hereinafter also referred to as "STP") isto provide a complete set of information on the construction and technical condition of the buildings. The STP will be the starting point for the design of building modifications and for changing the use of partial parts of the building. The subject of the work will be developed at least in the scope and form specified in Appendix No. 3 Contract for the work _Project plan.
