- The subject of the performance of the public contract (VZ) is the commitment of the selected contractor to provide services for the client in the field of waste management, i.e. collection, removal and removal of hazardous waste in the hazardous waste incinerator, including related services (so-called other services) in accordance with the wording of Act no. 541/2020 Coll., on waste and its implementing regulations as amended, from the premises of the General University Hospital in Prague. Part of the subject of performance is the transportation of waste by vehicles that meet the conditions of the European ADR Agreement. Driving distance from the contractor's premises U nemocnice 499/2, 128 08 Prague 2 to the incinerator noof safe waste must not exceed 120 km. For more, see the tender conditions.
