Job description: The subject of the contract is the supply of a vertical machining center, which is designed for precise and fast machining of complex surfaces and shapes in five axes and allows drilling, boring, reaming, thread cutting and milling of workpieces from five sides. Automatic tool change from the hopper allows work in an automatic cycle. With the use of special accessories, the machine allows the use of productive tools with a central coolant supply. High spindle speeds enable machining of even structurally complicated thin-walled parts. The center is complemented by an interface for a robotic station and an automated clamping system with a zero point for automatic machine operation, a measuring system for checking the tool and the machined part and a control system with advanced functions, compatible with PPS and ERP systems. The subject of the public contract is defined in detail by technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are part of the annexes to the tender documentation.
