- The subject of this contract is the supply, assembly, installation and commissioning of the vertical drill/machining CNC center with accessories, under the conditions set out in this tender documentation and its attachments. The contract is awarded within the open call according to the rules for the selection of suppliers of the Operational Program Technology and the Application for Competitiveness, in the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, effective from the 1st 5, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "rules"). This is not a tender procedure pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “ZZVZ”).
