- The subject of the public contract is:
a) delivery of all HW components of VDI-2023, their commissioning and integration into the client's local environment,
b) implementation of the entire VDI-2023 solution, including the implementation of VMware technologies into the client's environment, consisting of:
- VMware vSphere,
- VMware NSX-T,
- VMware vSAN,
- VMware vRealize Operations,
- VMware vRealize Network Insight,
c) provision of services ensuring the operation and maintenance of VDI-2023 in the scope of:
i. elimination of emergency situations, operational problems and defects reported by the client according to
SLA,
ii. applying available updates and security packagesof the operating system,
VMware products, database engine and other software platforms
on the operated VDI-2023 hardware,
iii. maintenance of VDI-2023, maintenance of scripts, including functions and procedures, necessary to ensure proper functionality and operation of VDI-2023,
iv. maintenance of communication interfaces and web sof VDI-2023 services with connected external
systems,
v. maintenance and updating of VDI-2023 documentation,

vi. consultation on the functionality and optimization of VDI-2023, or on the new requirements of the client. d) provision of warranty support for the supplied components for a period of six (6) years, which includes: i. support of supplied HW component provided by the manufacturer,
ii. support for the delivery of other necessary SW components (maintenance) provided by the manufacturer, e) implementation of development requirements beyond the scope of the services listed above in paragraph d) assigned by the contracting authority in the scope of 25 hours per 12 months.
