The subject of the public order is construction and related work, activities and supplies, consisting of construction modifications and an extension to the existing building No. 9 (construction of civil amenities), which is part of the plot of land stp. No. 47/3 (built-up area and courtyard) in c.ú. Jelenice near Mělník, part of Vavřineč village, Malý Újezd village.
-, the nature and amount of works, supplies or services, or a statement of the relevant needs and requirements: The building consists of 3 parts: a) cultural center - hall with restaurant facilities B) general store c) 2 small attic apartments The renovation includes the reconstruction of the old part the main building, its modernization (mainly the building's technical equipment - heating - heat pump, air conditioning - recuperation units, electrical, water, sewage distribution), reconstruction (e.g. truss and roof), extension (instead of a statically and moisture-unsuitable reconstruction from the 1970s a new extension will be built - according to the principles of sustainable construction - to a passive energy standard - to a multifunctional house with a hall and restaurant facilities, a commercial establishment - a general store and 2 small attic apartments. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the building.
