Description:
The subject of the public order is the preparation of expert assessments, their content will be the valuation of property owned by the Czech Republic, with the responsibility of management on the part of the representative office in property matters, within the scope of the competence of the land manager, Hradec Krlov and its department separated from work and separated from each other. Valuation of immovable property will be carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation (i.e. Act No. 151/1997 Coll., on real property, as amended by the later regulations, and Decree No. 441/2013 Coll., on the implementation of the Act on Real Property, in another version, or compliance with other related regulations) and with the client's internal regulations, namely the document Specification of requirements for the processing of an expert opinion and with regard to the client's recommendations for the use of the pricing methodology under the title Procedures for state-owned glass properties. Full public orders will be restored to stock in real time (according to the mini-tender only), when only the lowest total bid price for the subject of the order will be evaluated as a criterion, and the evaluated bid in the mini-tender will be technically performed by NEN. The input will be expert opinions for determining prices in time and city usual for the sale, lease, sale of utility plots, general property, etc. The detailed scope and specifications of the steelworks of the property are given in the Plan. 1 ZD Rmc's agreement and their plots.
